Once the user purchases the One Nutrition/Fitness Counselling Session, Growfitter will arrange an available health coach and inform the user about the time slots.
Process of redemption:
1. Each session is conducted on a normal voice call
2. Each session is on 20 - 30 minutes
3. User needs to provide all the information about his/her height, weight, eating & lifestyle habits or any prior medical conditions
4. Sessions can be availed once per user only
5. Once the session is confirmed it can not be rescheduled
6. If the user does not show up then his/her session will be cancelled and will not be carry forwarded
7. Keep your height, weight measured before the start of the session
8. Please take the advice from a doctor before starting any of the recommendations made by Health Coach

Replacement
If the product delivered to you is damaged or defective, please send us an order id and pictures of the product at support@growfitter.com within 48 hours of the delivery.
Return/RefundUnfortunately this product is not eligible for refund/return.
CancellationsOnce the payment for your order is complete, the order cannot be canceled.
You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days after successfully placing the order. For locations that are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take a few more working days.
